E-2 Treaty Investor Visa

General
Information: There are no quota restrictions for E-2 visas. If you are a citizen of a country holding investor treaties
with the U.S., and you intend to work for a company supported by a substantial
cash investment from citizens of your home country, you qualify for an E-2 visa.
Eligibility Requirements: The company may be owned by you, and the E-2 visa
applicant, or at least 50% owned by a citizens of your home country. The business
must be active, ongoing, and involved in trades or rendering of services.
